Having trained under world-renowned leaders in aesthetics, Alesya brings a curated depth of knowledge to each appointment — blending clinical precision with an intuitive eye. For over three years, Alesya served as a national trainer for two leading pharmaceutical companies, educating fellow injectors across the country in the art and science of safe, effective facial aesthetic injections. Natalya has been with Honey since the very beginning — first as Alesya’s apprentice, and now as the lead injector at our Woodbury location. She’s an expert in all things needles, from advanced injections to skin treatments, known for her exceptional precision and clinical artistry. Patients love her for her soft heart, trendy style, and unmatched attention to detail.
Jenner brings over six years of experience in aesthetic injections and a deep passion for creating natural, confidence-boosting results. She specializes in full facial balancing with dermal filler and provides expert care for the mature face, restoring volume and structure while honoring natural beauty. Based part-time in our Minnetonka office, Jenner is known for her enthusiasm, passion, and “sciency” brain that blends clinical skill with creative finesse.
Ven is the perfect blend of intellect and creativity — a talented artist with a deep understanding of facial anatomy. With a background in fine art and advanced anatomical study, he brings exceptional precision to every injection. As our full-time provider in Minnetonka, Ven is known for his ability to perfect facial features naturally, and for delivering extraordinary, artful results that patients trust and love.
Morgen is our dedicated skin expert, specializing in microneedling and medical-grade skincare. Passionate about creating healthy, fresh skin, she leads the skin component of our Honey Approach, complementing treatments that address muscle and volume in harmony. Morgen believes in skin that is low-maintenance, balanced, and effortless— and her compassionate, knowledgeable presence makes every treatment feel personal and elevated.
